F.A.Q

Baby massage can typically be started when your baby is around six weeks old, after the umbilical cord stump has healed. However, it's always best to consult with your pediatrician before starting any new activities with your baby.

The workshop is suitable for babies aged 1 month to 1 year old. The techniques may be adjusted slightly depending on the age and developmental stage of your baby.

Yes, both parents are welcome to attend the workshop together to learn and bond with their baby through massage.

Sessions typically range from 60 to 90 minutes. However, the duration may vary based on class size and the needs of the babies. If baby becomes frustrated or too tired to continue, the class may need to stop to ensure the comfort and well-being of the baby.

Feed your baby at least 1 hour before the class to prevent hunger or fussiness during the session. Dress your baby in simple sleeveless jump rompers and bring along a swaddle if needed. Don't forget to bring comfort items or pacifiers if your baby uses them.

Please prepare 2 soft blankets or towels for your baby to lie on, as well as any baby massage oil or lotion you prefer. Additionally, bring breastmilk/formula and a bottle with a fast-flow teat in case your baby needs to be fed during the class.

It's important to inform the instructor of any health conditions or concerns your baby may have before the workshop begins. In some cases, certain conditions may require modifications to the massage techniques or may make participation inadvisable.
