This specially-designed intensive 6~ hours workshop aims to prepare you for child birth and parenthood challenges.

The topics include:

• Physical and Mental Preparation & Nutrition for Mother
• Child Birth and Breathing Techniques
• Baby Care
• Breastfeeding

Time: 10am to 5~5.30pm

Duration: 6~6.5 hours (subject to class size)
