Sister Lilian Pong is a state-certified midwife with over 56 years of clinical experience. She was with KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital for 48 years and have worked in both the maternity wards and in Women’s A&E department. She has taught post-graduate trainee nurses and medical students in labour wards as well as conducted antenatal classes for parents-to-be.  She moved on to other private hospitals in the later years of her career to become a Senior Lactation and ParentCraft Advisor, conducting childbirth education classes to parents as well as training helpers and confinement nannies on newborn care.
Today, she manages her own Premier ParentCraft Consultancy to continue her passion in providing top quality postnatal care to all mothers.


Jayme is a state-registered nurse with over a decade of experience, specialising in the Mother & Child sector. She was with Mount Alvernia Hospital and has been assisting Dr Wong Boh Boi with antenatal classes.

Jayme is passionate in empowering new parents by increasing their confidence and making progress to be successful in their breastfeeding and parenthood journey. She has been doing home visits to assist with latching issues and breast massage for both stimulation and blocked ducts. She also conducts training sessions on newborn care, including baby bath demonstration and caregiver training.

Jayme intends to improve herself in this sector and is currently completing her certification by the International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners (IBCLC). She also obtained a Bachelor in Commerce, Marketing and Public Relations.
